About Hit & Run

Imagine the greatest band you've ever heard, comprised of the most talented, gifted musicians you've ever encountered. Imagine the type of musical experience that is so powerful it actually changes your perspective on life from the moment you first hear it.

That was probably pretty swell. But drop all that for now, because this is the homepage of Hit & Run and unless you're really drunk, they're probably not going to sound a lot like that band.

What does Hit & Run sound like? Do you mean sober or not? OK, let's assume sober...

Hit & Run plays fast, hook-laden, melodic songs. Check out the sounds page for a sample. They were mostly sober when they recorded those tracks. Well, two of the them were... and it kind of depends on your definition of "sober"... Anyway, never mind that now.

What is Hit & Run? Hit & Run is a three-piece straight-forward punk band from Portland, Oregon comprised of the most talented, gifted musicia -- er... whu? Did we already go through that bit? Did I do the bit about being sober, too? I did? OK. Well. That's it for now then. But, I get paid by the word, so maybe I can draw this out a bit. What are you wearing? You sound cute. Email me later and maybe we can meet for drinks.
